La Caf de l\u2019Ain s\u2019attache \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre un parcours d\u2019int\u00e9gration de qualit\u00e9 permettant une meilleure inclusion et acculturation \u00e0 notre organisme. <\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Le parcours d\u2019int\u00e9gration est mis en place par le service des ressources humaines<\/strong> pour toute personne int\u00e9grant la Caf de l\u2019Ain quel que soit le type de contrat (CDD, CDI, stagiaire, alternant\u2026).<\/p>\n

Il r\u00e9pond \u00e0 plusieurs objectifs<\/strong> : <\/p>\n

  • r\u00e9aliser les d\u00e9marches administratives obligatoires,<\/li>\n
  • transmettre les informations garantissant une future bonne collaboration,<\/li>\n
  • acculturer les nouveaux arrivants au fonctionnement de la Caf,<\/li>\n
  • informer sur les diff\u00e9rentes prestations et outils de gestion Caf.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    La dur\u00e9e de ce parcours est variable selon le service d\u2019affectation et le nombre de personnes int\u00e9gr\u00e9es simultan\u00e9ment. Lors de la premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e, le nouveau salari\u00e9 est d\u2019abord accueilli par son manager direct. Puis, c\u2019est au tour des services RH, informatique, communication, du Relais Informatique et Libert\u00e9s et du R\u00e9f\u00e9rent suret\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9. La journ\u00e9e se termine enfin par une visite des locaux.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Apr\u00e8s cette premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e dense, nos nouveaux collaborateurs ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup d\u2019informations \u00e0 assimiler. Cependant, le service p\u00e9dagogique prend le relais d\u00e8s le lendemain pour 3 journ\u00e9es<\/strong>, en pr\u00e9sentant :<\/p>

    • la branche Famille,<\/li>
    • la Caf de l\u2019Ain,<\/li>
    • les prestations servies par la Caf,<\/li>

      L’int\u00e9gration \u00e0 la Caf de l\u2019Ain se caract\u00e9rise par un parcours attentionn\u00e9 et rassurant utilisant diff\u00e9rentes modalit\u00e9s p\u00e9dagogiques et mobilisant de multiples acteurs. De plus, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments du parcours d\u2019int\u00e9gration sont disponibles pour tous les salari\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/p>

      Nouveaut\u00e9 2024<\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      En 2024, le parcours d\u2019int\u00e9gration s\u2019enrichit avec\u00a0le parcours PIX<\/span>, destin\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9valuer les comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques des nouveaux collaborateurs.<\/p>

      42 personnes<\/span>\u00a0ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 particip\u00e9 \u00e0 ce parcours, permettant de mieux identifier les besoins en formation et d\u2019accompagner chacun des collaborateurs dans le d\u00e9veloppement de ses comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques essentielles au quotidien \u00e0 la Caf.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      L\u2019an dernier, nous indiquions que le parcours d\u2019int\u00e9gration allait \u00eatre revu. C\u2019est d\u00e9sormais chose faite !<\/p>\n

        Un intranet enrichi<\/strong> : une rubrique d\u00e9di\u00e9e centralise toutes les informations pour les nouveaux salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Un parcours progressif<\/strong> : d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 par \u00e9tapes selon les besoins du salari\u00e9 (infos RH et acc\u00e8s informatiques, niveaux de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, formations m\u00e9tier).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
